Garlic lovers from all over descend on the idyllic small town to our south to herald the tremendous universal vegetable. With over six hundred sub-varieties growing worldwide, we are sure there are many delicacies to be discovered. A weekend of celebrating the pungent spice, from cooking demonstrations, informative garlic lectures, and live music. Sample dips, spreads, cheeses, oils, and more from many garlic specialty food vendors. Produce stands with wide varieties of fresh garlic, and various other fall produce will be on hand, and a food court devoted to, you guessed it...garlic.
We also want to remind everyone of the 65th annual Fall Festival happening this 3-day weekend in Salisbury with plenty of community fun for the whole family. Wherever you celebrate...Enjoy the amazing fall season in the Litchfield Hills!
